Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Research Analyst, Primary Research & Customer Insights. You will drive market insights from demand-side methodologies, scope and execute primary studies, and produce actionable reports for consulting engagements.

You will mentor junior analysts, cultivate strong partner relationships, and contribute to knowledge sharing while delivering high-value, data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or related roles.
• Strong quantitative analysis expertise with ability to manage large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in research methodologies and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality primary research projects for syndicated services.
• Direct and manage on-time delivery of complex projects for consulting engagements.
• Design and validate survey instruments with stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee fielding of surveys and manage sampling challenges.
• Develop new research panel communities feeding research services.
• Mentor junior analysts in research design and analytics.
• Author and oversee research reports with valid insights.
