Qualifications

• Experience in research, data analysis, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong quantitative analysis expertise and ability to interpret large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality primary research projects aligned with objectives.
• Direct on-time delivery of complex projects for consulting engagements.
• Design and validate survey instruments with stakeholders.
• Oversee fielding of surveys meeting quotas and manage sampling challenges.
• Develop innovative methodologies for analytics from primary research.
• Create new research panel communities feeding research services.
• Build relationships with research partners and clients.
• Mentor junior analysts on research design and analytics.
• Share knowledge through trainings and best-practices documentation.
• Author and oversee research reports ensuring validity and compelling narrative.
