Jtexpress in Malaysia invites an Operations Supervisor (shift rotation) to oversee day-to-day inbound and outbound courier operations in Bukit Raja, Selangor. You will manage manpower, ensure safety compliance, and drive efficiency within the courier network to deliver timely parcels.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics, 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, proficiency with logistics software and MS Office, and willingness to work rotating shifts, including

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in courier or logistics operations (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• May require occasional travel between gateway or HQ.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound courier operations to ensure timely receipt, sorting, and dispatch of parcels.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure proper handling of parcels to maintain service quality and minimize damages or losses.
• Oversee the use of operational tools and technologies, including tracking systems and warehouse equipment.
• Ensure safety policies and standard operating procedures are followed in the hub.
