Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in courier or logistics operations (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• May require occasional travel between gateway or HQ.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound courier operations to ensure timely receipt, sorting, and dispatch of parcels.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure proper handling of parcels to maintain service quality and minimize damages or losses.
• Oversee the use of operational tools and technologies, including tracking systems and warehouse equipment.
• Ensure safety policies and standard operating procedures are followed in the hub.
