Job summary

SRS Consortium Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Launching and Post-Tensioning (PT) / Precast Engineer with at least 5 years of specialized on-site experience to oversee launching, precast element handling, and PT operations on major civil works.

You will manage sub-contractors, ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality, and safety standards, and lead technical issue resolution for viaducts, stations, and other superstructure construction activities, coordinating across site teams in Penang.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Launching and Post-Tensioning / Precast Engineer.
Background in general civil construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review sub-contractor launching/production and manufacturer production schedules in alignment with the master construction program.
Organize and monitor launching and PT teams to achieve on-site production targets.
Control receipt, handling, delivery, storage, and safe installation of precast elements on site.
Ensure launching, PT, and precast works comply with specifications, survey alignments/levels, quality and safety guidelines.
