Lead Champ Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant to drive implementation projects and provide high-level support. You will analyze complex business requirements, conduct workshops, configure SAP SD modules, and bridge gaps between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role requires 5–9 years of hands-on SAP SD experience, fluent Mandarin and English, and a capability to work effectively in a fully remote setup.

In this role, you will analyze complex business process requirements, conduct workshops, configure system solutions, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

1. Solution Design, Configuration & Implementation

• Facilitate the end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.

• Conduct detailed analyses of complex business process requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing appropriate system solutions or workarounds.

• Map client business requirements, processes, and strategic objectives; design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD to satisfy client needs.

• Proactively identify and propose business process enhancements and system optimizations.

2. Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Facilitate interactive workshops with client teams to collect, validate, interpret, and document business requirements.

• Document detailed functional designs, specs, test cases, and execution results.

• Act as a key liaison between business functional owners and technical development teams (ABAP/Basis/Integration) to ensure seamless solution delivery.

3. Functional Domain Execution

• Pricing, Order Management & Billing: Manage end-to-end SD functionalities, including pricing procedure determination, order management, and billing processing.

• Master Data: Manage and maintain sales-related master data (Customer Master, Material Master, Condition Records).

• Logistics & Delivery Types: Configure and manage logistics processes, including various delivery types and their direct impact on order fulfillment.

• Credit Management: Manage credit limit check processes, risk categories, and credit management integration within SAP SD.

• FI Integration & IDOCs: Manage financial integration points (SD-FI account determination) and support data exchange across systems using IDOCs (Intermediate Documents).

4. Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide expert functional consulting on both new implementations and existing support projects.

• Act as the primary liaison for client troubleshooting—investigating, analyzing, and resolving software issues and tickets.

Job Requirements

• Years of Experience: 5 to 9 years of hands‑on functional consulting experience in SAP SD (implementation and support).

• Mandatory Language Skills: Fluent/Proficient in both Mandarin and English, as you will be liaising directly with bilingual clients and global teams.

• Core Technical Expertise:

  • In-depth proficiency in core SAP SD modules: Pricing, Order Management, Billing, Master Data, and Logistics.

  • Practical knowledge of various Delivery Types and their impact on fulfillment workflows.

  • Demonstrated understanding of Credit Management processes in SAP SD.

  • Solid awareness of FI (Financial Accounting) integration points (SD-FI account determination).

  • Hands‑on experience with IDOCs (Intermediate Documents) for system-to-system data exchange.

• Consulting Skills:

  • Proven track record in facilitating business requirements workshops and producing functional specifications, test scripts, and process maps.

  • Strong gap analysis and problem‑solving skills to craft workarounds and custom developments.

• Work Setup: Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working effectively in a 100% remote contract arrangement.
