Job summary

EY in Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP consultant to lead multi-module implementation projects across borders and sectors. You will work with stakeholders to capture requirements, conduct blueprint workshops and drive data migration and cutover activities.

You will also develop FRICEW specifications, design authorization matrices, train key users, and guide teams through end-to-end delivery while leveraging EY’s global SAP learning academy and certification pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• 5 to 15 years of SAP consulting, implementation, and transformation experience.
• For Manager and Senior Manager, leading project teams and overseeing workstreams or program delivery.
• Minimum two full lifecycle implementations.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments.

Job description

You will be working on projects that are cross borders and sectors with a high performing team, by either supporting or implementing SAP solutions for our clients. Your key responsibilities

• Performing end to end implementation for SAP modules (SAP MM, FICO, SD, SuccessFactors, PP/QM, Basis, EWM/WM, Ariba, and PaPM)
• Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Prepare and conduct blueprint workshop
• Document, resolve and elevate issues
• Develop Functional Specifications for FRICEW development
• Develop authorization design and matrix with business process owner
• Responsible for Key User Training
• Conduct final system cutover and data migration

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong end to end implementation skills
• Proven experience in one or more SAP modules including SAP MM, FICO, SD, SuccessFactors, PP/QM, Basis, EWM/WM, Ariba, and PaPM, with responsibilities ranging from hands‑on delivery and solution configuration to project leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation program delivery
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure
• Foster an efficient, innovative and team‑oriented work environment

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 15 years of SAP consulting, implementation, and transformation experience, depending on level and specialization
• For Manager and Senior Manager candidates, demonstrated experience leading project teams, managing stakeholders, and overseeing workstream or program delivery
• Minimum two full lifecycle implementation
• Willingness to travel for project assignments

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting experience and background
• SAP Certification
