Job summary

Jtexpress is seeking a Senior HR Executive (Warehouse Operations) to manage HR operations at our Shah Alam warehouse. This role focuses on attendance, workforce allocation, and compliance to drive efficiency.

You will oversee foreign worker management, liaise with outsourcing agents, and ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws while partnering with warehouse leaders to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, immigration regulations, and best practices in foreign worker management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations for warehouse employees, including attendance, discipline, and workforce allocation.
• Monitor and improve manpower efficiency to meet operational KPIs and productivity targets.
• Manage the full lifecycle of foreign workers: recruitment (dealing with outsourcing agent), onboarding, documentation, and etc.
• Plan shift arrangements, overtime requirements, and manpower deployment with warehouse supervisors.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions in line with company policies and labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment regulations, especially related to foreign workers and labor rights.
• Coordinate with external vendors to manage foreign worker support services.
• Maintain accurate HR records for warehouse staff, including contracts and permits.
• Support HR audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives for warehouse staff.
