Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Malaysia seeks a proactive Lead Generator to grow our client base from Johor Bahru. You will identify, qualify and pursue opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.

The role requires at least 2 years in lead generation or sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in an office setting. Mandarin and Malay fluency is a plus for our international customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in lead generation or sales roles.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Malay languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
