Job summary

RMM TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. invites an energetic Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, perform cold calls, and qualify leads for the Area Business Development team. You will manage CRM data, collect client details, and coordinate documents across departments to support wins.

You will arrange site visits, confirm appointments, and ensure a smooth handover to BD. The role emphasizes proactive outreach and meticulous data entry to drive conversions.

Qualifications

• Able to make cold calls and identify the correct contact person.
• Able to conduct initial screening of customer needs and waste types.
• Able to arrange and confirm appointments with customers and internal teams.
• Able to maintain and update CRM and Lead Status records.
• Able to collect and key in customer information into internal systems.
• Able to follow up on documents and coordinate across multiple departments.
• Able to track and coordinate Collection / Service execution dates.

Responsibilities

• Find potential customers based on target industry, area and customer profile.
• Make cold calls and identify the correct contact person, such as EHS, Plant Manager, Purchasing, Operations or Business Owner.
• During the first call or initial contact, check whether the customer generates Scheduled Waste, the possible Waste Type / SW Code, current contractor and basic needs.
• Decide whether the Lead is worth passing to BD for further follow-up and arrange a site visit with the relevant Area BD.
• Confirm the appointment time, location, point of contact and basic background, then hand over the information clearly to BD.
• Follow up potential customers that have not yet agreed to an appointment.
• Update Lead Status / CRM, keep contact records and Lead Source, and avoid duplicate customer development.
• Key in confirmed Customer, SW Code, Quantity, Packing, Pricing, Payment Term and Collection / Service Requirement into the internal system.
• Follow up documents required from the customer, such as PO, LOA, Agreement, Vendor Registration, Waste Card, SDS, Photo and Lab Report.
• Receive the customer's Collection / Service Request and coordinate the execution date with Operation / Transport.
