Job summary

TotalEnergies VENUS Project SPS in Malaysia invites an experienced Document Controller Leader to drive the DMS strategy and ensure high-quality documentation across the SPS package. You will supervise a team of four controllers, maintain compliance with standards, and liaise with contractors and Field Operations to deliver timely handover packages.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in document control, including leadership roles on large-scale industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of document management systems and techniques.
Proficiency in electronic document management platforms, collaborative tools and Office tools.
Proficiency in English (French is a plus).
Ability to lead a team of four Document Controllers.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the document management process for the SPS Work Package.
Supervise and coordinate a team of four Document Controllers.
Maintain the Document Management System (DMS) and ensure its proper configuration, usage, and evolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Follow-up the completion of the SPS documentation and any delivery to Field Operations as guided by the Project Lead Document Controller.
Act as the primary point of contact for all documentation-related topics between Company and SPS contractors.
Provide weekly KPI or other statistics as requested by the SPS or project management.
Management of Package correspondence.
