Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a Manager, Digital Construction to lead full project lifecycles with a focus on digital execution and AI-enabled workflows. The role blends traditional project delivery with Autodesk software capabilities to optimize designs, predict costs, and automate workflows.

The successful candidate will oversee cross-disciplinary teams, implement CDE protocols, and drive data-driven decision making across construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• PMP or equivalent certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility to closeout.
• Integrate digital Project Delivery Systems (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Oracle Aconex).
• Apply Lean Construction and IPD to optimize materials and reduce onsite waste.
• Manage budgets, milestones, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, engineers, subcontractors and authorities.
• Oversee AI-driven workflows and digital design reviews.
