Job summary

ECO WORLD PROJECT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a Manager, Digital Construction in Malaysia to lead full project lifecycles by merging traditional delivery with Autodesk software capabilities and AI-enabled workflows. You will drive design optimization, predictive safety, and cost management across project teams.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering-related degree and 5+ years in construction PM, with PMP or equivalent certifications highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management with a track record on mid-to-large-scale projects.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from feasibility through execution, handover and closeout using digital Project Delivery Systems.
• Oversee Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks) for design and field coordination and ensure seamless data flows.
• Deploy AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance safety, and improve costing and scheduling.
