Digital Review Coordination: Lead interdisciplinary digital design review sessions to proactively address and resolve geometric conflicts and design gaps before breaking ground. Field-to-Office Data Flow: Ensure that technical data generated during the design phase flows seamlessly into construction execution and asset management systems.
  • 3. AI Knowledge & Innovation Deployment Predictive Progress Tracking: Deploy computer-vision AI tools to automatically analyze 360-degree site photos and reality-capture data against digital technical designs. Generative Design: Integrate AI tools within the Autodesk environment to evaluate thousands of layout and design variations for structural efficiency, sustainability, and cost. AI-Driven Risk Mitigation: Utilize predictive analytics engines to analyze historical project logs, forecasting weather impacts, safety incidents, and supply chain delays. Workflow Automation: Build low-code automations to eliminate manual data entry and seamlessly move data between engineering and field execution platforms. Change Management: Educate and upskill construction teams on using AI applications, serving as the internal champion for digital technology adoption.
