Job summary
Swift is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer within the Customer Success team to drive the adoption, standardization, and maturity of software delivery practices across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to engineering teams, promoting DevOps, DevSecOps, and embedding security, resilience, and compliance controls into pipelines.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software delivery, DevOps, automation, or platform engineering.
- Proven experience driving DevOps transformation across multiple teams.
- Experience with security, compliance, and governance in software delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Release Orchestration, Orchestrated Patching, and DevOps Engineering Services.
- Assess delivery practices and define improvement roadmaps.
- Coach teams on DevOps, DevSecOps, and software delivery best practices.
- Accelerate onboarding and enable adoption of platform capabilities.
- Promote Compliance-as-Code and Policy-as-Code principles.
- Embed security, compliance, and resilience controls into delivery pipelines.
- Support regulatory initiatives through automation and standardized engineering practices.
- Drive audit readiness through automated evidence collection and traceability.
- Engineering Standards & Platform Enablement Define and promote reusable pipeline blueprints, architectural patterns, and best practices.
- Contribute to platform standardization and self-service capabilities.
- Reduce engineering toil through automation and process simplification.
- Customer Success & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and delivery teams.
