Job summary

Swift seeks a security-focused professional to partner with Agile and DevSecOps teams, securing applications from design through deployment. You will define and enforce security requirements across cloud native stacks, containers, and orchestrators while guiding secure coding, testing, and vulnerability management.

Role emphasizes risk analysis, threat modelling, and embedding security practices in the software delivery lifecycle, with a focus on continuous improvement and security culture.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of application security and security architecture.
• Experience defining security requirements based on business needs, classification, threats, and risks.
• Expertise in secure coding, security testing practices, tools, and vulnerability management (OWASP Top10, SAST, DAST, SCA, API testing, and container vulnerability management).
• Risk assessment experience with ability to design mitigations.
• Solid grasp of Agile and DevSecOps principles and integration into workflows.
• 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Team-player with proactive and accountable mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Provide security requirements aligned with policies and standards, tailored to technology stacks such as cloud native, containers, and orchestrators.

Qualifications

• Risk assessment experience, with advanced security and analytical skills to evaluate risks and design mitigations to keep them within appetite.
• Solid grasp of Agile and DevSecOps principles and the integration of security into those workflows.
• Typically 4–5years of relevant work experience.
• Team‑player mindset, respect for diversity, and business‑oriented viewpoint.
• Self‑organised, proactive, and accountable for delivering results with operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
