Job summary

Experian seeks a Senior Director to lead platform standards, developer experience, and engineering productivity at a global scale. You will shape SDLC, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native governance, partnering with Infrastructure, Security, AI, and Platform teams to elevate standards across engineering groups.

You will drive adoption of automated pipelines, IaC practices, and data-driven improvements, reporting to the Head of DevEx & AI Tooling, and guiding cross-functional teams in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience designing and scaling CI/CD platforms in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, IaC, developer tooling, software supply chain security, and engineering metrics.
• Ability to influence teams and drive adoption of standards across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain CI/CD standards and reusable pipeline templates across Harness and GitHub Actions.
• Define cloud landing zone standards, provisioning models, governance, and IaC patterns.
• Define standards across Jira, Artifactory, SCM, Confluence, and related SDLC tooling.
• Define DORA and platform adoption metrics and drive adoption through collaboration and data-driven improvements.
