Swift is seeking an experienced Lead SAP developer to drive provisioning services transformation. You will lead complex SAP initiatives, ensure design integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Belgium and Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in enterprise software development.
• Strong ABAP-HANA expertise with CDS and OOP paradigms.
• Experience with Fiori and SAP integration patterns.
• Led complex technical initiatives in Agile enterprise settings.
• Deep understanding of SAP landscapes, transport management and release processes.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• BAU and project-based delivery experience with strong collaboration.
• Excellent communication - translate tech to non-tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for complex SAP development initiatives.
• Drive design decisions, planning, and implementation strategies.
• Review and approve designs, code changes, and transports.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and security concerns; propose mitigations.
• Ensure audit, security, and regulatory compliance from development view.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and operations.
• Support BAU and project delivery; contribute to onboarding and docs.
