Job summary

Swift is seeking a Chapter Lead to guide a development chapter focused on Pega, user interfaces, integration, CI/CD, APIs, and AI. You will lead a team of engineers and subject matter experts, driving technical excellence and delivery discipline in a multicultural, agile environment.

You will foster coaching, mentorship, and continuous development, shaping talent growth and ensuring alignment with governance, security, and operational KPIs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading chapters of engineers and shaping delivery across multiple teams.
• Strong background in software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop engineers within the chapter, aligning objectives with KPIs.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture with emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Guide engineering practices, ensure governance, security, and delivery excellence across the chapter.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.
