Job summary

FionN Dessein Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design-and-build projects from inception to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes, coordinating clients, subcontractors and cross-functional teams throughout all project phases.

Key requirements include 5+ years in construction PM, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and proficiency with PM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes and safety standards.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, costs and financial forecasting to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate and supervise site operations and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and consultants to manage expectations.
• Monitor quality and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for senior management and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Procure materials and coordinate logistics.
