Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety standards.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
• Excellent budget and financial management skills with ability to control costs and profitability.
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Manage project budgets, costs and financial forecasting to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate and supervise site operations and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and project consultants to manage expectations.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, implement mitigation strategies and resolve issues.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates for senior management and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure contractual compliance.
• Manage procurement of materials and coordinate logistics to support project needs.
