Job summary

Landhon Builders in Malaysia seeks a Project Manager for construction-earthwork and infrastructure to lead projects from planning through completion.

The role requires a bachelor's in construction management or civil engineering, 4–6 years of PM experience on projects >RM100 million, and fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Manufacturing plant construction is a plus; strong leadership, time management, and knowledge of regulations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish (>$100 million).
• Manufacturing plant construction experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management with attention to detail.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in project planning, implementation, and monitoring until completion.
• Ensure project objectives, deliverables, timelines and quality are met.
• Oversee project budget and ensure spending stays within approved budget.
• Devise cost-effective plans for effective project completion.
• Secure permits and legal papers ahead of project.
• Report progress to Project Director and PMO.
• Make strategic decisions and provide leadership/direction for execution.
• Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
• Communicate with project team and contractors for effective progression.
