Job summary

Affin is seeking a Lead, Cloud & Platform Services to guide the bank's cloud and infrastructure platforms. You will ensure availability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance while driving modernization, automation, and cost optimization. You will oversee cloud services, virtualization, and platform operations with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires 5–8 years in cloud/infra, strong vendor management, and leadership skills. Banking industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of Cloud/Infrastructure/Platform Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP and virtualization.
• Experience in cloud migration, automation, and service management.
• Familiarity with ITIL, DR/BC and risk management.
• Experience in vendor management, budgets, contracts and cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud and platform operations for availability and reliability.
• Define platform standards, SLAs, governance and cost controls.
• Drive cloud adoption, migrations, modernization, and FinOps.
• Lead incident, change, RCA and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure security, risk, compliance, DR and business continuity.
