Qualifications

• 5–7 years in the automotive industry.
• 2–3 years in supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driving licence and safety compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of automotive technicians and support staff on the workshop floor
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and completed automotive repairs and services
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex automotive issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Troubleshoot technical and operational problems and implement solutions
