Bateriku.com, a leading automotive service ecosystem in Malaysia, seeks an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations and lead a team of technicians. You will ensure service quality, safety compliance, and accurate record-keeping across activities.

The role requires automotive engineering knowledge, 3-5 years in workshop operations, and 1-2 years in leadership. A Diploma or Certificate in related fields is preferred, with attention to 5S and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive workshop operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop workshop staff to improve performance and technical competencies.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, workshop cleanliness, and 5S practices.
• Identify and resolve operational and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of workshop activities.
