About the role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to monitor workshop daily progress. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial leadership role in our operations. As Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on the workshop, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and leading our team to deliver exceptional automotive services. This position is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the automotive trades industry and directly impacts our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A valid driving licence and good understanding of automotive safety standards

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
