Job summary

The role focuses on accuracy, data integrity, and timely review of policy renewals and subsidy applications, requiring strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience; prior experience in handling agent commissions is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and reports.
• Proactive and meticulous team leader with strong organisational and report writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall sales commissions reconciliation and reimbursements to Unit Trust Consultants (UTCs).
• Review and approve new applications for loan subsidy schemes.
• Verify and ensure that the data in commission and tax-related documents are accurate and consistent.
• Review insurance claim documents and ensure that free insurance premium payments are accurate.
• Review and renew insurance policies in a timely manner.
