Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a senior in-house solicitor based in Malaysia to lead business banking and security documentation, including conveyancing matters. You will liaise with banks, clients and authorities, provide advice on transaction structures and compliance, and support selected corporate exercises when required.

The ideal candidate holds an LLB (plus an LL.M), is admitted to the Malaysian Bar, and brings at least 25 years of relevant experience across banking, property and corporate law,

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in business banking documentation and property matters.
• Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to manage files independently.
• Detail-oriented with good stakeholder management skills.
• 2 years of PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) to 2 years of PQE.

Responsibilities
