Qualifications

• PUPIL IN CHAMBERS position is offered.
• Strong drafting, document vetting and negotiation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review sale and purchase agreements for direct developer and sub-sale transactions.
• Handle loan documentation and security arrangements for various loan types.
• Oversee perfection of transfer and charge and related registrations.
• Process discharge of charge, receipts, and re-assignment activities.
• Assist with tenancy and lease agreements.
• Provide advisory support for strata property management.
• Draft corporate and commercial agreements and provide general advisory services.
• Manage trademark and intellectual property matters.
• Assist with will writing and estate administration tasks.
• Support alternative dispute resolution and mediation efforts.
