Job summary

Ninja Van Malaysia is seeking an on-site Operations – Last Mile professional in Penang to support driver routing and daily station activities. You will assist in parcel processing, route monitoring, system updates, and COD banking as needed, ensuring smooth deliveries and compliance with SOPs.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a Diploma or SPM and strong problem-solving skills. The role offers a full-time, permanent, on-site position at our Penang facility and a collaborative, fast-paced work

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Prior working experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
• Assist the Station Head in managing daily station operations to ensure smooth parcel processing and delivery activities.
• Support daily station operations, including parcel processing, route monitoring, system updates, and COD banking when required.
• Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
• Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
• Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
• Comply to Ninja Van Code of Conduct.
• Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
• Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements.
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
• Any other task instructed by superior.
