Ninja Van Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic candidate for an Operations – Last Mile role in Johor. You will assist in driver routing planning, support the Station Head, and help manage daily parcel processing and delivery activities at a busy last‑mile station.

Qualifications

• Aged 18–45 years.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior working experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good time management and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
• Assist the Station Head in managing daily station operations to ensure smooth parcel processing and delivery activities.
• Support daily station operations, including parcel processing, route monitoring, system updates, and COD banking when required.
• Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
• Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
• Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
• Comply with Ninjavan Code of Conduct.
• Comply with Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objectives.
• Conform to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements.
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
• Any other task instructed by superior.
