Job summary

Ninja Van in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level Station Operations Assistant to help plan driver routes, assist the Station Head, and support daily parcel processing and delivery activities.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, keep documents updated, maintain station infrastructure and cleanliness, and contribute to safety, quality policies, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Aged 18–45 years.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
• Assist the Station Head in managing daily station operations to ensure smooth parcel processing and delivery activities.
• Support daily station operations, including parcel processing, route monitoring, system updates, and COD banking when required.
• Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
• Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
• Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
• Comply to Ninja Van Code of Conduct
• Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
• Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
