This full-time role focuses on delivering reliable IT support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring minimal downtime for internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong OS knowledge (Windows/Mac), and experience with ticketing systems. A diploma or degree in IT/CS is preferred, with opportunities for professional development
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ IT support or help desk experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security protocols
- Monitor IT infrastructure to identify issues before operations are affected
- Document support tickets and resolutions
- Provide user training on IT systems and software
