Private Advertiser is seeking an Assistant Architect to support concept and detail drawings, tender documents, and contract drawings. You will prepare reports and proposals, coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients, and assist with site visits to monitor progress.

You should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or landscape architecture, have experience with CAD, SketchUp, and Lumion or similar rendering tools, and be able to work both independently and as part of a

• Practical experience with CAD, Sketchup and Lumion or 3D rendering software.
• Good creative flair and imagination.
• The ability to respond well to feedback.
• The ability to understand written and verbal specifications.
• Good language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Applicant must have own transport.
• Able to work under pressure and teamwork.
• Applicant must be able to work independently & at the same time a good team player.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Job description

Prepare conceptual drawings, details drawings, submission drawings, tender documents, contract drawings, and ensure it is compliance with requirements.

Preparing bill of quantities, quotations, tender document, contracts, project claims and other documentation.

To perform ad - hoc task assigned by superior from time to time

Drawing up reports and contracts.

Attend site visits and coordination meetings, ensuring a deep understanding of site progress and technical drawings. Be able to handle basic site-related issues effectively.

Writing proposals and presenting them to clients.

Liaising with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, surveyors and clients.

Great at presentation design and documentation

Under minimal supervision from senior landscape architects.

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / landscape architecture

Practical experience with CAD, Sketchup and Lumion or 3D rendering software.

Good creative flair and imagination.

The ability to respond well to feedback.

The ability to understand written and verbal specifications.

Good language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English
