Job summary

Klanggroup Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Landscape Architect to prepare landscape concepts, produce detailed drawings, and manage submissions with authorities. The role involves coordinating with QS and site teams to ensure design intent is realized, with a focus on practical, buildable solutions.

Applicants should have a degree or diploma in landscape architecture, at least 1 year of related experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Lumion/Photoshop, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong design sense with ability to develop landscape concepts and schemes.
• Ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings for tender/construction.
• Experience or familiarity with authority submissions and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual landscape designs and 3D perspectives with material selection.
• Convert concepts into detailed technical drawings for tender/construction.
• Prepare submission drawings and liaise with authorities for submissions.
