Job summary

Yotu Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on landed projects in Malaysia. You will ensure works align with the provided construction drawings and specifications, while coordinating with Project/Construction Managers to follow the project schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, with preference for experience in infrastructure and architecture for landed property.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience on landed projects.
• Prefer experience in infra works C & S, M & E and Architecture for landed properties.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
• Must be able to ensure works follow Construction Drawings & Specifications.

• Overall daily supervision and execution of work in accordance with schedule set by Project Manager / Construction Manager.

Requirements

At least 3 to 5 years working experience at landed projects.

Preferable in field of infra works C & S, M & E and Architecture in landed property.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

To ensure all construction works are carried out as per Construction Drawings & Specifications.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Computer literate is essential, i.e. well versed in MS Office, Project and AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Those without qualification but with working experience are encouraged to apply.

Able to start work immediately / within a short notice period would be an added advantage.
