Job summary

Jurukur Pinang is a well-established consulting and land surveyor firm located in Georgetown, Penang. We are seeking a skilled land surveyor to conduct title, topo and detail surveys and to coordinate with project teams.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma/Bachelor in Land Surveying/Geomatic, at least 2 years' experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/ BricsCAD and Microsoft Office, own transport, and the ability to work both in office and on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Land Surveying/ Geomatic or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Own transportation, willing to work both office and site.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/ Bricscad, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land and engineering surveys (title, topo, detail survey).
• Review, plan and monitor project execution schedule.
• Prepare all documents needed for submissions.
• Process survey data, computation, plans for submission.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and authorities.
• Ensure survey works comply with project specifications and regulations.
• Perform any other duties as and when required by management.
