Job summary

AME Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Land Surveyor to plan and carry out all survey requirements for our industrial and commercial projects in Senai, Johor.

You will produce documentation, assist in survey calculations, train survey assistants, and maintain survey instruments; the role requires at least 3 years in construction surveying or a Diploma in Land Surveying (or 10 years of surveying experience).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction surveying works.
• Diploma in Land Surveying or 10 years of surveying experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out all necessary survey requirements.
• Produce documentation of all work, including plans for submissions.
• Assist in calculations of quantities related to surveys.
• Guide, develop and train workers assigned as survey assistants.
• Maintain survey instruments and accessories in good working condition.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• To plan and carry out all the necessary survey requirements of the company.
• To produce the necessary documentation of all work done, including plans for submissions where required.
• To assist in the calculations of quantities related to the surveys.
• To guide, develop and train workers assigned as survey assistants.
• To keep secure and maintain all survey instruments and accessories in good working condition.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction surveying works.
• Diploma holder in Land Surveying or 10 years’ experience in surveying activities
