Job summary

AME Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our growing team in Senai, Johor. You will plan and carry out all survey requirements, produce documentation, and assist with quantity calculations on industrial and commercial projects.

We value professionalism, training, and the ability to guide survey assistants. A Diploma in Land Surveying (or 10 years’ experience) with a minimum of 3 years in construction surveying is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Land Surveying or 10 years of surveying experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction surveying.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out all survey requirements.
• Produce documentation and plans for submissions.
• Assist in calculations of quantities related to surveys.
• Guide, develop and train survey assistants.
• Maintain survey instruments and accessories in good condition.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

What You'll Be Doing:

• To plan and carry out all the necessary survey requirements of the company.
• To produce the necessary documentation of all work done, including plans for submissions where required.
• To assist in the calculations of quantities related to the surveys.
• To guide, develop and train workers assigned as survey assistants.
• To keep secure and maintain all survey instruments and accessories in good working condition.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction surveying works.
• Diploma holder in Land Surveying or 10 years' experience in surveying activities
