Job summary

JC PRECISE CONSTRUCTIONS is seeking experienced Land Surveyors to join our Kuala Lumpur team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on engineering surveying including piling, high-rise, detail & topography, and boundary demarcation.

You will establish control points, set out pile points, and maintain records while ensuring conformity with plans and safety requirements. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a Land Surveyor.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in land surveying.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Physical capability to work on construction sites in varying weather conditions.
• Current driving license and willingness to travel to different project locations.

About the role
JC PRECISE CONSTRUCTIONS is seeking experienced Land Surveyors to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. We are mainly doing engineering survey such as piling, high rise, detail & topography, and boundary demarcation

What you'll be doing

Establish and maintain control points and temporary benchmarks for project alignment

Enough skill in setting out pile points and grid line

Document all survey findings and maintain comprehensive records

Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress against approved plans

Comply with relevant surveying standards, regulations and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Professional qualification as a Land
