Job summary

Dindings Poultry Processing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support innovation and quality labs in Malaysia.

Responsibilities include weighing and measuring with accuracy, recording data, organizing product cuttings, maintaining kitchen small wares and ingredient inventories, and ensuring clean GMP/GHP practices in the R&D space. They will assist the Innovation Executive with research projects, new formulations, pilot plant tests and prepare cuttings by following written and oral

Job description

Responsibilities include weighing and measuring with accuracy recording data, organizing product cuttings, maintaining and organizing the kitchen small wares and ingredient inventories cleaning and maintaining the R&D space as per GHP & GMP and arranging for preventive as well as reactive maintenance.

Responsible for assisting Innovation Executive with research projects new formulations, pilot plant tests and preparing cuttings by following written and oral direction, ensuring correct and accurate sample preparation, packing & shipping, and operating laboratory and pilot plant equipment properly and safely.

Provide support in managing the customer expectation process provide analysis insight and recommendations and present data to leadership.

Prepare/ performing ingredients and sensory evaluation testing according to job assigned by Innovation Executive.

Perform any work or responsibility assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
