Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Prepare new hire documentation and ensure completeness
• Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital)
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with HR policies
• Support HR team in payroll preparation and verification
• Support employee engagement initiatives (events, surveys, activities)
• Assist in handling basic employee queries
• Help coordinate internal communications and announcements
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops
• Track training attendance and maintain training records
• Participate in HR improvement projects (e.g., policy updates, process enhancements)
• Support data analysis and reporting (headcount, turnover, etc.)
