Qualifications

Experience providing L3 technical support for enterprise infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting across servers, storage, virtualization, backup and compute.
Ability to lead major incidents and perform RCAs.
Experience with capacity planning and disaster recovery.
Ability to mentor L1/L2 engineers and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide L3 technical support for complex infrastructure incidents escalated from L1/L2.
Administer and troubleshoot VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Cisco UCS infrastructure and firmware.
Administer and troubleshoot NetApp storage infrastructure and hardware.
Administer Veritas NetBackup and Veeam backups; monitor jobs and recovery.
Support DR infrastructure and participate in DR exercises.
Plan and execute patching and upgrades for VMware ESXi, UCS, and storage.
Handle incident management and root-cause-analysis activities.
