Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced L3 Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure across VMware, Cisco UCS, NetApp, NetBackup, and Veeam environments. The role involves handling complex incidents, performing RCA, and guiding L1/L2 engineers.

The position is based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, with on-call responsibilities and collaboration across regional teams. A Diploma/Degree in IT or related field and 5–8+ years of hands-on experience are required.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 5–8+ years in enterprise infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on with VMware environments.
• Experience with Cisco UCS.
• Gains with NetApp storage.
• Experience with NetBackup and/or Veeam.
• ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Mgmt experience.
• VMware VCP, Cisco/NetApp/Veeam certifications advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 support for infrastructure incidents escalated from L1/L2.
• Troubleshoot VMware, Cisco UCS, NetApp storage, and backup issues.
• Lead major incidents and conduct RCA activities.
• Coordinate patching and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
