Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to provide L3 support for complex enterprise systems in the APAC region. You will troubleshoot VMware, Cisco UCS, NetApp storage, and backup solutions while guiding junior engineers and ensuring rapid incident resolution.

Based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, you will join a regional team embedded within a global organisation, participating in major incident management and infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco UCS.
• Good experience with NetBackup and/or Veeam.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support for complex infrastructure incidents.
• Troubleshoot enterprise VMware, Cisco UCS, and NetApp storage issues.
• Lead RCA and identify permanent corrective actions.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and ensure SLA adherence.
