Job summary

Accenture in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior Application Maintenance / Production Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise applications under the CEW & PDR platforms. You will be responsible for Level 3 production support, incident investigation, and ensuring system stability in a banking/enterprise environment, with emphasis on Java Spring Boot, Linux administration, and Oracle databases.

Qualifications

3–5 years in application support or backend development roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot development.
Unix/Linux knowledge (RHEL/SUSE) and Oracle DB 12c/19c.
SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
Good communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide L3 application maintenance and production support for CEW & PDR applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processing.
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance across environments.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
Perform root cause analysis and preventive measures for recurrent incidents.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational reports.
Assist in enhancements, bug fixes, and minor development tasks.
Ensure system availability and security compliance.
Participate in release activities and post-deployment support.
