Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Junior Developer with 3–5 years of experience to provide L3 application support for Investments & Wealth Management systems within a Core Banking environment. The role covers production support, incident resolution, RCA, and collaboration with business and technology teams.

Strong .NET and MS SQL skills, plus exposure to DevOps and Wealth Management processes, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application development and support.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET (C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core).
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience in L3 production support, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of Investments, Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory business processes.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Experience working in Windows/Open Systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Investments & Wealth Management applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance application components using .NET technologies.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in MS SQL Server.
• Support application deployments, releases, and environment management activities.
• Collaborate with business users, support teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability and availability.
• Participate in DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipeline support and release automation.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.
