Job summary

BEN LINE AGENCIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced L2 application support specialist for LinerX, our liner agency system. The role acts as the bridge between business users and the vendor, handling BAU support, EDI issues, and knowledge management.

You will manage L2 support across multiple live sites, work with regional L1s, and contribute to post-rollout transitions. Experience with ActiveReportsJS and EDI processes is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of application support experience.
• At least 3 years at L2 level supporting functions and EDI.
• Experience working with third‑party software vendors and partners.
• Familiarity with creating and updating knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Own L2 support for LinerX functional modules across all live sites, triage and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Analyze issues to root cause, classify as user errors, config, or defects.
• Escalate confirmed defects to vendor with clear steps and evidence.
• Support inbound/outbound EDI flows and investigate failures with partners and vendor.
• Log and track issues, coordinate fixes and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Update support docs and run knowledge transfer sessions before releases.
