Qualifications

• Experience in L1 Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and SLA-based support processes.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: English and the relevant local language are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 (L1) desktop support and technical assistance to end users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows OS, and basic network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory administration.
• Provide application support and resolve common technical issues.
• Log, update, track, and manage incident tickets according to SLA requirements.
• Deliver timely and professional end-user support.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
