Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, HR Tech, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Power Platform — Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint lists, Forms.
Comfortable with Microsoft Copilot and prompt design for drafting and content generation.

Responsibilities

Automate course management — create course shells, update fields and notifications via templated flows.
Automate upload of new e-learning content from external libraries into the LMS.
Streamline notification management with reusable templates.
Build a Copilot-drafted generator for learning campaign banners and announcements across internal channels.
