Job summary

GAC Cargo Systems Malaysia is seeking an Automation Engineer in a hybrid role at our Petaling Jaya HQ. You will design, develop, and implement automation using the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline processes and deliver scalable digital solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar function, strong Power Platform skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Hybrid work, competitive benefits, and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in automation or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy automation solutions using Power Platform.
• Create and manage workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop custom business apps using Power Apps.
• Integrate Power Platform with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for all solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support on implemented systems.

If appointed as an Automation Engineer with our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline business processes, improve efficiency and deliver scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Creating and managing workflows using Power Automate.
• Developing custom business applications using Power Apps.
• Integrating Power Platform solutions with internal and external systems.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve processes.
• Maintaining clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all solutions.
• Providing support and training to end-users on implemented systems.

Job Requirements
